Preparation / Directions:Slice Squash into 1/2" slices. Mix Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Basil and Garlic well. Pour mixture over vegetables. Stir or shake to coat. Let sit in refrigerator for atleast an hour. Gril over medium heat 3-5 minutes per side.
