Ingredients:


4 cups onion

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

1/3 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


separate onions into rings heat butter or oil in a large skillet, over a moderately-high flame add onions, marjoram, cayenne, salt, and pepper heat and stir to coat well on all sides cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden season to taste with additional salt and pepper serve hot
