Spicy Corn Crackers

Ingredients:


3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 teaspoon chile powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

3 teaspoons milk

2 teaspoons corn oil

1 large egg white
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine dry ingredients and spices-mix well add milk and oil, stir to combine form into a ball place onto a sheet of waxed paper cover with another sheet rollout into a 12x12-inch square remove top sheet of waxed paper cut into 2x2-inch squares place onto an ungreased cookie sheet bake @ 450 degrees for 7-8 minutes, until lightly browned quickly remove to a wire rack to cool serve immediately or store in an airtight jar
