Special Pea Salad

Ingredients:


3/4 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 packages frozen English peas -- (10 oz.) thawed

1 medium tomato, chopped

1/4 cup minced green onion

1 bunch Lettuce leaves

1 medium Tomato wedges

5 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine sour cream, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; stir well.

2. Stir in peas, chopped tomato, and onion.

3. Spoon mixture into a lettuce lined bowl. Arrange tomato wedges on top, and sprinkle with bacon.
