Veggie Crab Cakes

Ingredients:


2 cups zucchini -- peeled and grated

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 tablespoon old bay seasoning

1 large egg

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 medium red pepper -- chopped, optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


(I add a small grated onion) (put grated zucchini on cloth and squeeze out all the water) Form into patties and fry in hot oil.
