Preparation / Directions:Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well, set aside. Wash pea pods; trim ends, and remove any tough strings. Saute peas, green onions, and celery in oil in a large skillet 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until thickened.
