Preparation / Directions:Combine all ingredients except the 1/4 cup potato chip crumbs in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Spray a medium sized casserole dish with no-stick spray. Place the mixture into the casserole dish and top with the potato chip crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour covered, then uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until firm. Serve immediately. For larger groups on holidays, double the batch.
