Mashed Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 large eggs well beaten

6 medium potatoes riced

1/4 cup grated cheese

1/2 cup buttered crumbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add margarine,seasonings and egg to the hot riced potatoes.Beat until light and pile into baking dish.Cover with cheese and then with crumbs covered with margarine.Bake in moderate oven 350 f until crumbs are brown about 15 minutes
