Heringsalat (Herring Salad)

Ingredients:


8 ounce Pickled Herring -- Drained

1/2 medium Green Pepper -- Seed And Dice

1 medium apple Tart -- Core And Dice

1 medium Orange -- Sectioned And Diced

2 teaspoon Onion -- Grated

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 tablespoons Vinegar

4 whole Lettuce Leaves -- Cupped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve on inner tightly cupped lettuce leaves.
