Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:In a 4-quart saucepot bring water to a boil. Add orzo and salt. Cook and stir till tender. Drain. Set aside. In medium skillet, melt butter. Add green onions and mushrooms. Saute over med-heat. Stir in orzo, feta, parsley and pepper. Serve warm.
Approximately 5 minutes.
