Fruit Medley

Ingredients:


1 medium honeydew melon -- cut into bite size chunks

1 medium papaya -- halved, cut into bite size chunks

1 medium pear -- peeled, cored, and cut into bite size chunks

1 cup blueberries -- picked over

1 medium avocado -- peeled, pitted and mashed

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 Cup orange juice

2 Tablespoons honey

1/2 Cup mayonnaise
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine melon, papaya, pear and blueberries in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour dressing over fruit and toss.
