Ingredients:


2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 large egg

3/4 cup milk

2 cups fruit

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine flour, baking powder, and three-fourths the sugar in a mixer bowl Cut in butter until mixture resembles a coarse meal add eggs and milk-mix well spoon into a baking pan spread into an even layer top with fruit sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining sugar bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes remove to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving serve warm or at room temperature
