Preparation / Directions:Use young tender greens. Cut off the roots; remove the buds and outside
leaves. Cover with boiling water; cook until tender. They are quire bitter
so you must throw away the first water and boil the greens a second time.
Cut up egg, onion and bacon. Sprinkle over greens.
