CUCUMBER RAITA

Ingredients:


7 ounces Natural Yoghurt

1 teaspoon Mint Sauce

2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

1 pinches chilli powder

1 medium Tomato -- chopped

1 piece cucumber 3 inches long

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel and chop the cucumber. Place the yoghurt in a bowl, beat gently with a fork until creamy. Add cucumber, tomato, mint and 1 1/2 desert spoonfuls chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and chill. garnish with the remaining coriander leaves and chilli. serve with pita bread
