Preparation / Directions:Peel and chop the cucumber. Place the yoghurt in a bowl, beat gently with a
fork until creamy. Add cucumber, tomato, mint and 1 1/2 desert spoonfuls
chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and chill. garnish with the remaining
coriander leaves and chilli.
serve with pita bread
