Crockpot Potatoes

Ingredients:


8 ounces sour cream

2 cans cheddar cheese soup

1 teaspoon instant onion -- to taste

1 stick butter or margarine

6 medium potatoes -- boiled, sliced thickly
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in saucepan; add sour cream and soup. Stir over low heat until heated thoroughly. Combine with cooked, sliced potatoes in crock pot. Cook on LOW for at least 1 hour.
