Cauliflower And Cheese

Ingredients:


1 medium cauliflower cut into bite-sized

2 medium onions -- chopped

500 grams fresh mushrooms

30 grams butter

60 grams bread crumbs

250 grams parmesan cheese -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, place in a steamer, and steam to desired tenderness, about 10-15 minutes. 2. In a frypan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter until brown (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat, and stir in the parmesan and bread crumbs. Mix well. 3. Put the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish, and toss with the mixture in the frypan. Bake for 4-5 minutes at 175 øC Difficulty : easy. Precision : no need to measure.
