Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients:


1 package jello orange gelatin (sugar free)

3/4 cup boiling water

2 tablespoons raisins

1/2 cup cold orange juice

1 quart ice cubes

1/2 cup shredded carrots
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raisins.

2. Combine juice and enough ice cubes to measure 1 1/4 cups.

3. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

4. Stir in carrots.

5. Spoon into individual dishes or small serving bowl. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
