Art Jensen's Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:


425 grams tomato sauce

425 grams stewed tomatoes

175 grams tomato paste

350 grams jalapenos

100 grams green chiles (big ones)

1/2 medium white onion

1 teaspoon miscellaneous peppers (to taste)

1 teaspoon red pepper (the Italian kind)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin seed

1 teaspoon celery seed

1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3 dashes Tabasco sauce

1 tablespoons concentrated lemon juice

1/4 Cup sugar

1 teaspoon Onion salt (a tad)

1 tablespoons chili powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Finely dice the onions and peppers, chop the stewed tomatoes. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
