Preparation / Directions:Place lettuce, parsley and onion aside in bowl. Sauté bacon until crisp; remove from skillet. Break bacon into pieces and add to lettuce mixture. Stir vinegar and remaining ingredients into bacon fat. Bring to a boil. Pour over lettuce; toss. Serve immediately.
