Ingredients:


4 pieces veal steaks

1 tablespoons butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup dry white wine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pound the steaks into thin, uniform pieces, and brown in butter. Combine soup and wine and spoon over the steaks. Cover and simmer gently for 45 minutes. Instant mashed potatoes, a jar of pickled peaches, and a salad are workable accompaniments.
