Mexican Orzo Skillet

Ingredients:


1 pound ground turkey

1 cup salsa

1/2 cup rosamarina (orzo) pasta uncooked

1 cup water

1 tablespoons ground coriander chopped fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

16 ounces pinto beans rinsed and drained

1/2 cup guacamole
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cook turkey in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients except guacamole. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Serve with guacamole.
