Tuna Puffs - Month Of Meals

Ingredients:


6 ounces water-packed tuna

10 pieces round crackers (such as ritz), crushed

1 large egg -- beaten

1/4 cup chopped onions

2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 spray nonstick vegetable cooking spray
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 medium balls. Place on a baking sheet that has been coated with vegetable spray. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. 2 servings/Serving size: 3 puffs
