Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened

1 large egg yolk

1/4 cup confectioners sugar

4 ounces sweet cooking chocolate -- grated

1 tablespoon rum or

2 teaspoons water plus 1 teaspoon rum extract

1/4 cup flaked coconut or chocolate sprinkles OR multicolored sprinkles
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes about 24 candies 1. Cream butter; blend in egg yolk. 2. Gradually beat in sugar, blending well; stir in chocolate and rum. 3. Shape into 1/2-inch balls and roll in coconut; place on waxed paper and chill for several hours.
