Ingredients:


---ganache

8 ounces dark sweet chocolate

2/3 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons bristol cream sherry

---dipping

16 ounces dark sweet chocolate

1/4 cup vegetable oil

---garnish

2 cups chocolate shavings.
 

Preparation / Directions:


When chocolate and cream ganache have cooled to room temperature, stir in sherry before refrigerating. Roll dipped truffle in chocolate shavings.
