Ingredients:


4 Medium tomato

1/2 cup cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


slice tomatoes to a thickness of 3/4-inch combine cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper-mix well add tomato slices and coat evenly heat oil to 375 degrees in a large skillet add tomatoes in small batches and cook until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve warm
