Ingredients:


2 pounds soft tofu

1/2 cup cocoa

2 cups soymilk

2 tablespoons vanilla

1 cup oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend in a blender in four equal parts until smooth and creamy. Freeze in an ice-cream maker and serve.
