Vegetable-Mushroom-Tofu Saute

Ingredients:


1 cup mushrooms chopped

1 cup bell pepper chopped

1 cup beets and carrots grated

1 cup green/red cabbage sliced

1 tablespoons bragg liquid aminos

1 cup firm tofu cubed

1 cup onions chopped

1 cup tomato diced

3 cloves garlic sliced

2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together. In oiled pan (use olive oil), saute, bake or stir fry in wok until tender.
