LEMON BERRY TART

Ingredients:


---Cookie tart pastry

1/2 cup Lemon curd or prepared -- Lemon curd

1 package Cream cheese -- (8 ounces), softened

2 cups Berries or sliced fruit
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare and bake Cookie Tart Pastry. Beat Lemon Curd and cream cheese until smooth. Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least one hour. Arrange berries over lemon mixture just before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
