Ingredients:


2 1/2 pounds Thinly sliced beef

1 head Macerated garlic

3/4 cup Distilled white vinegar

1/4 cup Sugar

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate the meat in the ingredients for at least 12 hours, then sun dry the slices. These are best served fried.
