Ingredients:


4 cups dry bread cubes

1 cup celery -- chopped

1 medium onion -- chopped

2 tablespoons parsley leaves -- freshly chopped

1 clove garlic minced

1 cup hot water or

1 cup turkey broth

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3/4 teaspoon ground sage

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a 10-pound turkey or four Cornish hens.
