Tropical Stuffing

Ingredients:


1/2 cup dried mango chunks

1/2 cup dried papaya chunks

1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/4 cup chopped coconut

1/2 cup walnuts

4 cups day old egg bread cubes

1 large egg

1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 tablespoons fresh rosemary
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix the fruit, coconut, walnuts, and bread cubes together. In a small bowl, beat the egg until broken. Beat in the orange juice until frothy. Mix the fruit zests and rosemary into the juice. Pour the juice mixture over the bread cubes. Mix well. Bake in a small turkey, or in a greased casserole alongside for 40 minutes.
