Ingredients:


3/4 pound Orange Roughy Fillets

1/2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1/2 Cup Julienned Green Onion Strips

1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Gingerrot

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 dash Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 Cup Bamboo Shoots Drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


in Large Skillet, Preferably Non-Stick, Saute Fish in Oil Until It Flakes Easily With Fork; Remove and Keep Warm. Stir Green Onions, Garlic and Ginger in Remaining Oil in Skillet. Saute 30 Sec. Add Bamboo Shoots, Soy Sauce and Red Pepper. Heat Through. Spoon Over Fish. Serve Immediately.
