Beef and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients:


1 pound boneless tender beef

3 medium green onion and tops

5 tablespoons stir fry sauce

3 tablespoons veg.. oil

3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms

1 cloves garlic minced sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut beef across grain in thin slices, then in strips Coat with mixture of 2 Tbsp stir fry sauce, red pepper and garlic. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut green onions in 1-inch lengths, separate whites from tops. Stir-fry beef in tbs. hot oil in wok, or large skillet with high heat; remove. Stir fry whites of green onions and mushrooms in two tbs. oil, in same pan for 2 minutes. Add green onion tops and fry one minute. Add beef and 2 tbs. stir-fry sauce. Cook and stir till beef and veggies are coated with sauce. Makes four servings.
