Ingredients:


4 cups milk

4 cups half and half

1 quart shucked oysters

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine milk and half and half in a large saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir to just below the boiling point add oysters in liquor heat and stir until edges of oysters begin to curl stir in lemon juice, tabasco sauce, salt, and white pepper ladle into serving bowls garnish with minced parsley serve hot
