Hearty Beef Stew

Ingredients:


2 pounds stew beef -- 1 inch cubes

5 medium carrots -- 1 inch pieces

1 large onion -- chunked

3 medium cerely stalks -- sliced

1 large can tomatoes

1/2 cup quick-cooking tapioca

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on LOW for 12 hours.
