Ingredients:


4 medium carrots -- quartered

1 1/2 cups chopped potatoes

2 medium onions -- quartered

1 package frozen peas -- 10oz, or

16 ounces peas -- drained

1/2 pound frankfurters -- sliced diagonally

1 can condensed cream of celery soup

1 jar cheez whiz pasteurized process cheese -- 8oz
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add enough water to cover carrots, potatoes and onions. Cover; cook 10 minutes. Add peas and frankfurters. Continue cooking additional 5 minutes; drain. Stir in soup and Cheez Whiz. Heat. 4 to 6 servings.
