Peppered Steak

Ingredients:


4 medium rib eye or porterhouse steaks

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

4 cloves crushed garlic

2 tablespoons crushed peppercorns
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine marinade ingredients and cover steaks both sides.Leave to marinade overnight if possible or at least a few hours.These can be either grilled or cooked in small amount of oil until medium.
