Herbed Chevre Spread

Ingredients:

6 ounces goat cheese -- (170 g)
8 ounces non-fat cream cheese -- (225 g)
1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt -- (60 ml)
1 clove garlic clove -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -- (2 ml)
1 tablespoons chopped chives -- (15 ml)
1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Scoop the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until chilled and slightly stiffened. Serve with toast, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables for dipping. Makes about 2 cups (500 ml).
