1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-96 hours adjust seasonings as necessary serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
