Ingredients:


1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon dill seed

1/2 teaspoon mustard seed

1 tablespoon garlic

8 ounces diced green chiles

8 ounces cream cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, dill seed, mustard seed, garlic, and chiles in a saucepan, over a moderate flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes remove from heat and allow to cool cover and chill for 4-48 hours combine chilled chile mixture and cream cheese in a food processor process to a smooth puree spoon into a plastic-lined mold cover and chill for 4-48 hours uncover and invert onto a serving platter serve slightly chilled, with assorted crackers and tortilla chips to the side
