Ingredients:


2 pounds fresh spinach

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems. In a large non-stick, heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
