Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients:


2 1/2 cups potatoes peeled and diced

1 1/2 cups onion, chopped

10 ounces cream of mushroom soup

2 1/2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon thyme

1/8 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook potato and onion in boiling water until soft. Drain. Mash together. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Heat until simmering, for 1 to 2 minutes. Makes 6 cups.
