Grandma's Secret Recipe for Chicken Noodle Soup

8 cups water
6 pieces chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups chicken chopped , cooked
3 large egg yolks
1 large egg
4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour

Preparation / Directions:

For broth, combine all ingredients in a large pot and heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer.

To make noodles, mix all above ingredients. Flour the counter so that the dough will not stick, and roll flat with a rolling pin. Cut into strips using a knife, or use a noodle maker. Put noodles in broth and boil on high for 15 to 20 minutes. Set to dry for 10 minutes before returning to soup. Serve.
