Chicken coconut Noodle Soup

Ingredients:


2 medium chicken Breasts

2 medium onions

4 Cloves garlics

2 tablespoons vegetable oil or oilve oil

1 teaspoon tumeric

200 milliliter coconut milk

2 liter water or vegetable stock

4 package noodles

5 tablespoons yellow peas powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook in the large sauce pan. cut the 2 medium size of oions and cut them into pieces. Add the oil and brown the onions and chopped garlic in the sauce pan. Add the tumeric at the sametime. Then coon the chicken for about 5 minutes and add the coconut cream.Then add the vegetable stock and Boil them for about 30 to 50 minutes in the medium heat. Meantime cook the noodle in the large sauce apn with half filled water until soft. When its cook drain them and keep them in the bowel. When the soup is ready serve with some noodles and drizel with some lemon juice.
