Coconut Noodle Soup

Ingredients:


250 milliliter coconut milk

2 medium red onions

4 CLOVES large garlics

1 tablespoon tumeric

2 tablespoons chille powders

2 tablespoon salt

4 tablespoon ground yello peas powder

2 medium chicken breasts

1 pint water/ vegetable stock

2 tablespoon vegetables oil or other cooking oil

1 package yellow flat noodles
 

Preparation / Directions:


put the oil in the large cooking casserole sauce pan and brown the oions and garlics together. then add the tumeric and chille powders and add the chicken breast( cut them into small pieces). Cook them for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the coconut milk into the sace pan and make sure its boiled. then seasons with salt.Cook in the medium heat and cover the pan with the lid on for about 30 to 40 minutes. serve with yellow flat noodles.
