Ingredients:


1 medium chicken

1 pieces chicken bouillon cube

5 cups water

2 small potatoes peeled

1 large carrot, peeled

4 cloves garlic

1/2 medium onion, chopped

1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

1 stalk celery

1 medium ear of corn cut in 4 pieces

2 tablespoons other vegetables, as you like.
 

Preparation / Directions:


clean the chicken with lemon. cut the chicken into litle pieces. boil the water, and put the chicken in the water. boil the chicken 15 minutes, then put in the vegetables and the chicken bouillon cube. add salt, garlic, onion and black pepper. turn down the heat and cook for 30-45 minutes. until the chicken is cooked.
