Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef, browned and drained

1 can Spanish Rice

1 can creamed corn (plus 1/2 can water to rinse can)

1 can stewed tomatoes (any seasoning)

1 can diced tomatoes (any seasoning)

1 can Veg-All
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat and serve or let simmer on low in crock-pot.
