Tasty Reuben Soup

Ingredients:


4 Cans chicken broth -- (14 1/2 ounces each)

4 Cups shredded cabbage

2 Cups uncooked medium egg noodles

1 Pound fulled cooked kielbasa or polish sausage -- halved and cut into 1 inch slices

1/2 Cup chopped onions

1 Teaspoon caraway seeds

1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup shredded swiss cheese -- (4 ounces)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large saucepan,combine the first seven ingredients;bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until cabbage and noodles are tender garnish with cheese
