Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup

Ingredients:


10 ounces spinach, frozen

1 small Yellow squash -- diced

1/2 small Onion -- minced

2 medium carrots -- diced

4 cloves garlic -- minced

6 ounces v-8 vegetable juice

1/2 cup Navy beans

4 cups Water

1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


I just thru it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day. I had two bowls for lunch yesterday and today, and the kids ate just a taste
