Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup

Ingredients:


10 ounces frozen spinach

1 small yellow squash -- diced

1/2 small onion -- minced

2 medium carrots -- diced

4 cloves garlic -- minced

6 ounces V-8 vegetable juice

1/2 cup navy beans

4 cups water

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
